Beginning today, 6/18/2025 at 11:00 PM AKDT and concluding at 3:00 AM AKDT on 6/19/2025, Alaska Communications will be performing emergency network maintenance to manually replace a failing card in WHTR-OME32. This is required ensure continued service reliability and system stability.
One service interruption of approximately 20 minutes is anticipated during the maintenance window.
An alternate window beginning 6/19/2025 at 11:00 PM AKDT and concluding at 3:00 AM AKDT on 6/20/2025 has also been established. In the event that the network maintenance is unable to be completed on the primary maintenance date, the alternate maintenance date will be used to complete the designated work.
